Our fearless leader started Traditionally Derby in 2013. Eileen was exposed to beautiful interiors from a young age as she followed her mom around to her design meetings. After growing up in upstate New York, Eileen attended LeMoyne College for a Degree in Business Administration. Upon graduation Eileen moved out to the West Coast (best coast) to pursue a career in sales and marketing for Paychex in SF. Eileen couldn't stay away from her true passion of design so once her three children entered grade school, she went back to school for her design degree. Bocci Designs was born shortly after in 2005. This energizer bunny is constantly on the move whether that be switching the showroom floor vignettes or traveling to fun destinations. Eileen can’t live without golfing, cabernet and family time.

Robin is an inspired designer who brings over 20 years of professional interior design experience to Derby. Her dedication and creativity have resulted in many design awards. Robin brings a highly developed sense of style to her client’s projects along with an excellent eye for color. By listening to clients and using tools from life coaching training, she creates one of a kind design that reflects a client’s vision and needs.
